Distribution
The Administrator will distribute to the Shareholders, regardless of the General Meeting, at least 95% (ninety-five percent) of the profits earned by the Fund, calculated according to the cash regime, based on the balance sheet or half-yearly balance sheet ended on June 30th. and December 31 of each year.
The profits earned will be distributed to the Shareholders and paid monthly, always on the 10th (tenth) Business Day of the month following the receipt of the funds by the Fund.
¹ As long as the fund has at least 50 (fifty) quotaholders, the shareholder does not hold 10% (ten percent) or more of the total shares or income earned by the fund and the shares are admitted to trading exclusively on stock exchanges or in the organized over-the-counter market.
